W. E. Garrison Company, Inc. was established in 1961 by Registered Engineer, Colleen B. Garrison (#3503) and Registered Land Surveyor, William E. Garrison, Jr. (#L911). In it's 47 years of operation, it has grown into a certified Woman's Small Business Enterprise (WBE), specializing in turn-key site preparation. We hold a General Contractor's license (#4019) with an UNLIMITED category and work classifications in building, highway, PU (sewer lines) and PU (utilities). We are also an approved NCDOT contractor.

Headquartered in Raleigh, NC, we perform work from the Piedmont to the coast. We have successfully completed site preparation packages for office building and factory sites, residential street improvements, subdivisions, DOT projects, utility installations, shopping centers, parks, boat ramps, Corp of Engineers projects, water treatment plants, airports and demolition projects.

We have our own fleet of equipment ranging in size from the smaller tractors used in fine grading operations to one of the areas largest ripper dozers. With our dozers, loaders, pans, articulated and dump trucks, motor graders, compactors and support equipment, we are able to correctly match the equipment to the needs of any project.
