W.E. Garrison Company, Inc. was established in 1961 by Registered Engineer, Colleen B. Garrison (License # 3503) and Registered Land Surveyor, William E. Garrison, Jr. (License # 911).

We are a Certified Women's Business Enterprise (WBE), specializing in turnkey site preparation.

We have a NC Unlimited General Contractor's License (License # 4019) for the Building, Highway, PU (Sewer Lines) and PU (Water Lines) classifications. The company is also an approved NCDOT Contractor.

Our headquarters is located in Raleigh, N.C.  We are equipped to perform work from the Piedmont to the Coast.  During the 49 years of operation we have successfully completed site preparation packages for office buildings, factory sites, boat ramps, dams, airports, highways, water treatment plants and demolition sites.  We also perform grading, grubbing, land clearing, hauling and storm drainage systems.
